This machine is a fully automatic system designed to accurately apply two labels to flat-sided or oval containers at high speed. It’s built for high-volume production and can be used as a standalone unit or integrated directly into your existing line.

Built to keep pace with demanding schedules, this machine applies front and back labels up to 100 products per minute. It’s highly versatile, handling a wide range of container heights and label sizes up to 195mm. An adjustable top conveyor holds each product securely to ensure precise, consistent placement every time.

The slat conveyor system ensures a smooth, continuous process that minimises the need for an operator. A simple, language-free touchscreen makes setup and job changeovers quick and easy for your team.

Optional Add-Ons

• Wraparound Unit: We can add a wraparound module, allowing you to label round bottles and jars on the same machine.
• Coding and Printing: For batch numbers and expiry dates, the machine can be fitted with a thermal transfer or digital inkjet printer.
