A manual labeller suits start-ups and short runs. The Manual Bottle Labeller is operated by hand: place the bottle, turn the handle and the label wraps round it, at up to 10 a minute.
Semi-automatic desktop machines suit growing producers. You place the bottle and the machine applies the label, triggered by a footswitch, a product arm or a product switch. The Bottlematic, Botlr and Desktop Bottle Labeller With Print run at 20 to 25 a minute. The Wrap Round Labeller With Mini Conveyor feeds bottles on a belt at up to 50 a minute.
Automatic machines suit high-volume production lines. Bottles travel on a slat conveyor and are labelled automatically. The Wrap Round Labelling Machine and the Front Back Labelling Machine run at up to 100 a minute, and the High Speed Wrap Round at up to 150. On the Front Back machine, an adjustable top conveyor holds each product so the labels go on straight.
