This fully automatic labeller is designed specifically for small, cylindrical products that cannot stand on a standard conveyor. It’s the perfect solution for industries that need to label large volumes of tubes, vials, or other miniature containers at high speed.

The machine uses a specialised handling system to achieve its rapid output. Products are loaded into an in-feed hopper and fed onto a roller conveyor, which ensures each item is perfectly positioned for labelling. This allows the machine to apply wrap-around labels to over 100 products per minute with high accuracy.

It is designed for versatility, handling a range of product diameters from 15mm to 50mm. Changeovers between different product sizes are fast and simple, thanks to quick-change hopper wheels that minimise production downtime.

For full traceability, the labeller can be equipped with an optional thermal printer to add batch codes or expiry dates to your labels during application.
