This semi-automatic labeller provides a simple and accurate way to apply labels to pharmaceutical and laboratory trays. It’s a compact, cost-effective solution designed to replace slow and inconsistent manual labelling.

The machine uses a custom-made stainless steel jig to hold your specific tray – such as a Microtiter, Microwell, or Microplate – firmly in place. This guarantees the label is applied neatly to either the long or short edge every time, eliminating misplaced labels. Operation is straightforward using a simple product switch.

Designed for efficiency, this labeller can apply a label in approximately 3 seconds, allowing you to process up to 10 trays per minute. This will at least double the output of manual labelling, saving valuable time and labour.

Its small footprint and high-quality stainless steel construction make it perfect for any laboratory environment. For a complete solution, the labeller can be combined with a thermal transfer printer to print and apply your labels in one process.
