When standard labellers can’t handle your product, our high-precision Pick & Place machine is the solution. It is specifically engineered for small, irregularly shaped, or difficult-to-label components where exact label placement is essential.

This machine uses a unique ‘pick and place’ method to achieve exceptional placement accuracy of +/- 0.2mm. This level of precision is ideal for industries like electronics or medical device manufacturing, ensuring a perfect application on items that are unsuitable for conventional labellers.

As a semi-automatic desktop machine, it can be used with a hand-loaded turntable or custom jigs. It runs at a steady pace of up to 15 products per minute, balancing high precision with an efficient workflow. For larger operations, it can also be integrated directly into a fully automated production line.

The labeller is designed to handle a wide variety of small items, accommodating products and components from 5mm up to 100mm wide.
