Our RC series is a fully automatic, floor-standing labeller designed to handle small cylindrical products that cannot stand upright on a standard conveyor. It’s a reliable solution for labelling items like ampoules, vials, test tubes, syringes, and pencils.

The machine uses a specialised step conveyor to carefully handle and position each item. This system provides the control needed for small, unstable products, ensuring they are presented perfectly for label application.

It applies wrap-around labels at speeds of up to 60 products per minute. For applications like collapsible tubes that are crimped after filling, an optional in-register system is available. This ensures the label is perfectly oriented in relation to the crimp, providing a professional and accurate finish.

The RC labeller is adaptable, handling a range of product diameters from 10mm to 35mm. Quick-change product wheels make switching between different sizes fast and simple, minimising downtime. You can also add a thermal transfer printer for printing batch codes or other variable information on your labels.
