Our Novexx XPA93x is a high-performance Print & Apply labeller designed for automatic, in-line use on your production line. It’s built for businesses that need to print and apply labels with variable data directly onto flat products like boxes, cartons, and trays.
The machine combines high-quality printing with efficient application. It prints crisp, clear 300 dpi text and barcodes, perfect for serialisation or batch information, and then automatically applies the labels at speeds of up to 60 products per minute. This process reduces manual handling and ensures every product is labelled accurately.
This system is highly adaptable. It can handle a wide range of label sizes, from 20mm up to 160mm, and is available in three machine widths (100mm, 130mm, and 160mm) to suit your needs. With a variety of bolt-on applicators, it can be configured to place labels on the side, front, or rear of your products.
It’s also designed to maximise uptime. Features like the foil-save function, which reduces ribbon waste, and a quick-change print head mean you spend less time on maintenance and roll changes, keeping your production schedule on track.
